Terms of Use

The basis we work on.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and describe the basis on which Zensu Longevity (“Zensu”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides its private health-coordination service. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Zensu is not a medical practice. Nothing on this website, and nothing provided by Zensu, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical and diagnostic services are delivered by independently licensed providers under their own clinical and regulatory oversight.

What Zensu does

Zensu is a coordination service. We organise and sequence the process around your health: introductions, scheduling, follow-up, continuity and administration. The services you have asked for run in a coherent order and nothing is left unattended. We do not examine, diagnose, prescribe, treat, or interpret clinical findings.

Where this website refers to protocols, plans, measurement or optimisation, this describes coordination and organisation of services delivered by others. Clinical judgment always rests with the licensed provider treating you.

Medical disclaimer and emergencies

Information on this website is general in nature and is provided for orientation only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and you should not delay seeking or disregard advice from a qualified healthcare provider because of anything you have read here.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the emergency services or attend the nearest emergency department immediately. Zensu is not an emergency service and does not provide urgent or out-of-hours clinical care.

Research and statistics

Figures cited on this website are population-level findings drawn from peer-reviewed research and public health statistics. They are shown to illustrate the evidence base for proactive health management. They are not predictions of individual outcomes, and no result is promised, implied or guaranteed.

Eligibility

This website and Zensu membership are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Membership is private, by introduction, and offered at our discretion. Submitting an enquiry does not create a membership, a contract, or any obligation on either side.

Clinical partners

Diagnostics, consultations, procedures and treatment are provided by independently licensed third-party providers. Those providers are not employees, agents or partners of Zensu in the legal sense, and they contract with you directly under their own terms.

Zensu does not supervise, direct or accept responsibility for the clinical care, judgment, availability, pricing or conduct of any provider. Any clinical concern, complaint or dispute relating to care you have received is a matter between you and the treating provider, although we will assist with coordination where we reasonably can.

Membership and fees

Where membership proceeds, the applicable membership fee, included services, duration and cancellation arrangements will be set out in a separate membership agreement discussed privately with you. Those terms govern the membership relationship and prevail over these terms in the event of a conflict. Membership may include defined services arranged or funded by Zensu, as specified in that agreement. Services outside those inclusions will be contracted and paid for as agreed with the relevant provider, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information, and keep it current, so that coordination is based on a correct picture.
  • Make your own decisions about clinical care, in consultation with your licensed providers.
  • Use this website lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Do not submit medical records, diagnostic results or other sensitive health information through the public enquiry form.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zensu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from the coordination services we provide.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zensu against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of another party.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
