The Approach
Most people collect health data. Few have it managed.
A test in one clinic. A recommendation in another. A follow-up still to arrange. Zensu brings the coordination together, so your health plan can work around the rest of your life.
Measure
Coordinate appropriate diagnostics and assessments through licensed clinical partners, guided by your goals and their clinical judgement.
Manage
Results, appointments, referrals and follow-ups organised into one calm operating rhythm. One point of contact. One standard.
Optimise
Organise the priorities agreed with your clinicians and specialists into routines and follow-up that fit your life.

How it Works
From introduction to ongoing care.
Private Intake
We understand your goals, health picture, travel, schedule, risk factors and the level of support you want.
Baseline Measurement
We coordinate diagnostics through trusted clinical partners, then organise the results into a clear starting picture.
Personal Plan
Your clinicians interpret the findings. Zensu coordinates the agreed priorities, appointments and routines into a practical plan.
Ongoing Management
We coordinate follow-up and reviews over time, keeping agreed actions moving as your needs and schedule change.
Sleep & travel
Better understand the conditions around your sleep.
Zensu’s sleep work considers light, timing, travel and the bedroom environment alongside wearable data. Aviation brings those questions into focus: how to plan rest when rosters, travel and time zones keep changing.
What an assessment can examine
The room is part of the picture.
Measure the light reaching the eye, identify the sources, and review how the environment changes through the day.
- 01Daytime exposure
Where daylight is available and how the room is used.
- 02Evening routines
Bedside, bathroom and screen exposure before sleep.
- 03The sleep environment
Blackout gaps, corridor spill and standby indicators.
Published light targets
The shape of a good day.
- By day · 07:00–20:00At least 250 lux melanopic EDI at eye level. Daylight first.
- Evening · last 3 hoursNo more than 10.
- Asleep · 23:00–07:00No more than 1. As dark as possible.
Light targets and how they are measured
Published reference targets for healthy adults on a regular day–night schedule: at least 250 by day, no more than 10 during the three hours before bedtime, and no more than 1 in the sleep environment. These are not a jet-lag or night-shift protocol.
Recommended minimum daytime melanopic EDI, measured vertically at eye level. Daylight should be used first where available.
The recommended maximum during the three hours before habitual bedtime, measured at eye level. Kitchen, bathroom and screen lighting can all push exposure above this target.
The recommended ambient maximum in the room you sleep in. Standby LEDs, charging indicators and gaps in blackout can all raise exposure above it; the consensus recommendation is to keep the room as dark as possible.
Melanopic EDI describes light in terms of its stimulation of the eye’s melanopsin system, expressed as an equivalent daylight illuminance. It is not interchangeable with an ordinary lux reading. The targets come from an international expert consensus; travel and irregular schedules require individual timing decisions. Read the scope and measurement notes.
Light is an environmental intervention. Zensu’s sleep work is preventive and performance-oriented; it does not diagnose or treat insomnia, sleep apnoea or circadian rhythm disorders, which are assessed and managed by appropriately licensed clinicians.
Evidence, with context
Strong foundations.
Precise claims.
Fitness, strength and appropriate preventive care deserve attention. Research helps explain why; it does not predict what a membership will do for an individual.
Lower relative risk of all-cause mortality associated with each 1-MET higher baseline fitness level in a 2009 meta-analysis.
Lower relative risk of all-cause mortality associated with muscle-strengthening activity in the pooled analysis of seven cohort studies.
These are observational associations, not guarantees or Zensu outcomes. Relative risk is not the same as an absolute change in an individual’s risk. Testing and clinical decisions belong with appropriately licensed providers.

What is Zensu Longevity?
Zensu Longevity is a private longevity office in Dubai. We coordinate diagnostics, biomarkers, specialists, recovery and nutrition into one managed plan for a small number of members, so your health plan runs with the same precision as the rest of your life. Clinical services are delivered by independently licensed partners.
Is Zensu a medical clinic?
No. Zensu Longevity is a coordination layer. Every diagnostic, consultation and treatment is delivered by independently licensed medical providers operating under their own clinical and regulatory oversight. Zensu manages the process around that care: scheduling, sequencing, results, follow-up and continuity. Members deal with one point of contact rather than many.
How is a longevity concierge different from a longevity clinic?
A clinic delivers care. A concierge coordinates it. A full longevity picture usually spans several providers: diagnostics in one place, cardiology in another, sleep and metabolic work somewhere else. Zensu works as a private longevity office: it holds the whole picture, sequences the work, and makes sure results reach the clinician your plan names instead of sitting in an inbox.
Who is Zensu for?
Zensu works with adults in the UAE, including executives, founders, senior aviation professionals, frequent travellers and adult family members. The common thread is a demanding schedule and a need for continuity across providers. Membership is agreed following a private introduction. Pilots and flight crew can start with Zensu for Aviation.
Who is Zensu not right for?
Zensu suits people who want an ongoing plan and someone to keep it moving. It’s the wrong fit if you need urgent or emergency care, want a one-off test with no follow-up, or are looking for a clinic to prescribe or treat. In an emergency in the UAE, call 998 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Who is behind Zensu?
Zensu was founded in Dubai by Ali Akbar, Executive Chairman, and Jacques Isabelle, Executive Director, who leads licensing and compliance. Clinical decisions stay with independently licensed clinicians. More about the office.
Who provides the medical care?
Independently licensed clinical partners. Every diagnostic, consultation and procedure sits with a provider licensed by the relevant UAE health authority and operating under its own clinical governance. Zensu coordinates the process and stays with you throughout. The clinical relationship is always yours and theirs.
Can I arrange these diagnostics myself?
Yes. Many diagnostics can be booked directly. Zensu coordinates the work around them: appointments, sequencing, agreed follow-up and continuity across providers. Clinical decisions about what to test and what results mean remain with your licensed clinicians. A defined set of services is included in membership; the scope is discussed at introduction. If you are choosing a clinic yourself, our guide sets out ten questions worth asking.
How is my health information handled?
Zensu holds the coordination information needed for the services you request. Clinical records ordinarily remain with the treating providers. Information needed for coordination is shared subject to appropriate instructions, permissions and applicable requirements. Please do not send medical records through the public enquiry form. See our Privacy Policy.
How does membership work?
It starts with a private introduction: a conversation about your goals, health picture, travel and the level of support you want. Zensu then coordinates baseline measurement through clinical partners. Licensed providers interpret clinical findings, while Zensu organises the resulting priorities into a practical plan and manages execution and review over time. Membership runs annually, with terms discussed privately.
What does longevity care cost in Dubai?
Costs vary according to the depth of diagnostics, the specialists involved and the clinical services selected. Zensu membership is a separate annual fee covering coordination and a defined set of included services. Any additional clinical care is agreed directly with the relevant provider, and membership terms are discussed privately at introduction.
I already wear a sleep tracker. What does Zensu add?
A tracker is useful for observing sleep after the night has happened. Zensu looks further upstream at light exposure, timing, travel, routines and the bedroom environment. Relevant light conditions can be assessed against published consensus targets, with specialist input arranged to suit the agreed scope. It complements wearable data; it does not replace clinical sleep assessment when that is needed.
Why Dubai?
Dubai has a deep bench of licensed specialists, diagnostics and recovery facilities, and it now has a dedicated longevity regulator. Law No. 17 of 2026, issued on 6 June 2026, established the Dubai Longevity Authority. Under the Law, longevity activities as it defines them need a permit from the Authority, which sets the requirements. Zensu coordinates care; licensed providers deliver it. Zensu is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Authority or the Dubai Health Authority. What the Law means for you.
What happens after I enquire?
The Zensu private office replies personally to your enquiry. The next step is a conversation about your goals, schedule and the support you are considering. Membership scope, included services, fees and the review rhythm are discussed privately before membership is agreed.
Do I need to change my existing doctors?
Your existing clinical relationships are part of the introductory conversation. The Concierge team will explain how coordination can fit around your current providers and how any additional specialist input your clinicians recommend would be arranged. Clinical decisions remain with the responsible licensed clinicians.
