Zensu works as a coordination layer above independently licensed providers. We handle the introductions, sequencing, follow-up and continuity. Every diagnostic, consultation and treatment stays with a licensed provider, under their own clinical governance.

    Licensed providers assess, diagnose and treat. We never do, and we never lean on a clinical decision.

    Evidence, with its limits.

    We cite primary sources and say where the evidence stops. A study describes a group. It can’t predict what happens to you. See the evidence

    Discretion, in writing.

    No names published. No member used as a reference. Your information is shared only to deliver what you ask for, or where the law or someone’s safety requires it.

    Independence.

    We choose partners on standard and fit. Potential conflicts are assessed before any partnership or engagement begins.

Clinical care

Licensed clinicians

Every clinical decision sits with a provider licensed by a UAE health regulator, under their own clinical governance.

The partner standard

Eight questions every partner answers first.

We ask every clinical and specialist partner the same questions before a member is introduced, and again at each review.

  1. Licensed for the work
    A current licence from a UAE health regulator, such as the DHA, DHCR or DoH, covering the service in question.
  2. A named clinician
    One licensed clinician responsible for each member’s care, with a clear route to them between visits.
  3. Results with a plan
    Findings explained by a clinician, in writing, with the next step agreed.
  4. Urgent findings handled
    A defined process for anything that needs prompt attention, including findings a pilot may need to take to aeromedical advice.
  5. Claims we can stand behind
    Plain language on evidence, risks and uncertainty. No guaranteed outcomes.
  6. Records handled properly
    Health records held under the provider’s own legal duties, and shared only on the member’s instruction or where the law requires it.
  7. Conflicts in the open
    Any interest that could shape a recommendation is disclosed before work begins.
  8. Permits where the Law requires them
    For services within Dubai’s Law No. 17 of 2026, the provider’s Longevity Authority permit status.

We review the applicable permit requirements when agreeing each provider’s scope, and keep that assessment under review as requirements develop. Read our guide to Law No. 17 of 2026.

Your contact details and preferences. Your coordination plan: appointments, agreed actions and review dates. Whatever you choose to share to make that plan work.

Clinical records ordinarily stay with the providers who create them. Read the Privacy Policy.

  • No names published. No member used as a reference.
  • Your information is shared only to deliver what you ask for, or where the law or someone’s safety requires it.
  • Nothing goes from us to an employer, club, airline or regulator without your written instruction, unless the law or someone’s safety requires it.
  • Programme reporting for funding organisations uses aggregate measures, without individual health information. Any separate disclosure follows the consent, legal and safety boundaries above.
  • No advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
  • We don’t sell personal information.
