This policy explains how Zensu Longevity (“Zensu”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information submitted through this website, by email, during an enquiry, or as part of our private health-coordination service.

Who we are

Zensu Longevity is a private longevity office and health-coordination service operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and also provides non-clinical strategy and programme advisory services to hospitality organisations. For personal information collected directly by Zensu, we are responsible for deciding how it is used for enquiries, membership, coordination and business-advisory purposes. Clinical providers remain independently responsible for the clinical records and care they deliver under their own professional and regulatory obligations.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, country and preferred method of contact.
• Business enquiry information, including your organisation, role, project or portfolio details, licensing authority and services (for clinical partners), and other information you choose to provide.
• Enquiry information and correspondence you choose to send to us.
• Optional context you choose to give in an enquiry form, such as who you are enquiring for, your aviation role, the topics you would like help with, how you heard about Zensu and whether you would like occasional updates.
• How you found the website, if you submit an enquiry: the page you first arrived on, the referring website (its domain only) and any campaign tags in the link you followed. See “Website and service providers” below.
• Membership and coordination information needed to organise introductions, appointments, follow-up and continuity.
• Basic technical information generated when you use the website, such as IP address, browser information, device information and server logs.

How we use information

We use personal information only where reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
• Understand whether Zensu may be an appropriate fit.
• Take steps you request before membership or a business engagement begins.
• Manage membership, introductions, scheduling, follow-up, advisory engagements and service continuity.
• Send occasional updates, such as new guides and research notes, only if you have asked for them. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Understand which channels bring enquiries, in aggregate, so we can improve how we explain our services.
• Maintain appropriate business, security and correspondence records.
• Meet legal obligations, protect rights, and prevent misuse or fraud.

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request, performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or another basis permitted by applicable UAE law.

Health-related information

Zensu is not a medical practice and does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. If health-related information is needed for coordination, we limit what we request to what is relevant for the service you have asked us to manage. Clinical and diagnostic services are delivered by independently licensed partners, and clinical records ordinarily remain with those treating providers.

Where information needs to move between Zensu and a clinical partner, we do so only where needed to coordinate a service you have requested and subject to appropriate instructions, permissions and applicable requirements.

Pilots and other licence holders. Zensu has no role in aeromedical examination, medical certification or fitness-to-fly decisions. We do not share your information with your employer, an aviation club or an aviation regulator, except on your written instruction, where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect someone’s safety. If you join through an organisation’s programme, that organisation may know you are a member; your health information is not shared with it.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Independently licensed clinical, diagnostic and service partners where you have asked us to coordinate an introduction or service.
• Technology, hosting, communications and professional advisers who support our operations.
• Authorities, courts or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.

Partners receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. Their own privacy notices and professional obligations may also apply.

Website and service providers

This website is hosted using Netlify, and enquiries submitted through the form are processed using Netlify Forms. Netlify may receive technical information, and may process the information you submit through the enquiry form. Depending on their infrastructure, information may be processed outside the UAE. Where applicable, such processing remains subject to relevant data-protection and transfer requirements.

The website’s typefaces are served from our own hosting. Pages do not load fonts, scripts or trackers from third-party servers.

When you arrive on the website, it notes the page you landed on, the referring website’s domain and any campaign tags in the link (for example from an Instagram post). This note is kept in your browser’s session storage for that tab only, is not a cookie, and is deleted when you close the tab. It is sent to us only if you submit an enquiry form, as hidden fields alongside your enquiry.

If you choose WhatsApp as your preferred contact method, our messages to you are carried by WhatsApp, operated by Meta, under its own terms and privacy policy.

At the date of this policy, the website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. Hosting and security systems may still use essential technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing an active membership, maintaining service continuity, meeting legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes and protecting rights. Retention may therefore vary by the type of information and relationship. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of where reasonably practicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited according to operational need. No website, email system, online form or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide access to it.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete information or restrict certain processing.
• Object to certain uses of your information.
• Provide or transfer information in an appropriate format where applicable.
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

You can stop optional updates at any time, using the link in any update or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Children

The website and Zensu membership are not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information about a child through the public enquiry form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
