Private Office · Dubai & the UAE

Executive health, held together.

A health assessment is one appointment in a much longer plan. Zensu coordinates the work before and after it: introductions, scheduling, results routing and agreed follow-up, around the way you work and travel.

Zensu is a private health-coordination service. Assessments, test selection, interpretation, diagnosis and treatment remain with independently licensed providers. Membership is annual and begins with a private introduction.

01 Continuity

When the calendar is full, continuity matters.

You may already have a trusted doctor. You may have completed an executive health check and still need to arrange the next appointment. Or several providers may hold different parts of your health picture. The practical question is who keeps the agreed next steps moving.

The Private Office is for executives, founders and leadership-team members who want ongoing coordination. One named lead works around your priorities, existing clinical relationships and availability. It’s the wrong fit for urgent care or a one-off test.

02 Before assessment

Before an executive health assessment.

The introductory conversation establishes what you want help coordinating, your travel pattern and the providers already involved. Your clinicians decide which assessments are appropriate. Zensu helps organise the appointments and information needed for the agreed scope.

An executive screening package and a coordination membership are different commitments. Ask the provider which consultations and tests are included, who explains the findings, and how follow-up is arranged. Zensu membership covers coordination and a defined set of services agreed privately; additional clinical care is agreed with the relevant provider.

03 After results

After the results arrive.

Results need to reach the clinician responsible for interpreting them. The clinical discussion determines what should happen next. Zensu then coordinates the agreed appointments, referrals and review points rather than interpreting the findings itself.

An illustrative coordination brief can record the next action, the responsible provider, the appointment status and the agreed review point. It keeps the practical work visible. Diagnosis and the treatment plan stay with your clinicians.

04 Travel

A plan that can work around travel.

Departure dates, return dates and time away affect when appointments can happen. Coordination starts with those constraints, including what needs to be completed before a journey and what your clinician has agreed can wait until your return.

Sleep, light and travel can be part of the introductory conversation. Where a clinical sleep question needs assessment, the appropriate licensed specialist remains responsible. Zensu’s role is to connect the relevant expertise and organise the agreed follow-through.

05 Responsibilities

Clear responsibilities, from the start.

Existing doctors are part of the discussion. Membership does not require a promise to replace them. Provider availability, included services and the practical scope are agreed before a commitment.

  • Your clinicians: choose and conduct assessments, interpret results, advise on risks and provide clinical care.
  • Zensu: coordinate introductions, appointments, results routing, agreed actions and review logistics within the membership scope.
  • You: decide on care with your clinicians and agree what information may be shared for coordination.

06 Leadership teams

For a leadership team.

An organisation can fund membership without receiving individual health information. Zensu coordinates with each adult member under the agreed permissions. Programme reporting uses aggregate measures. In a small group, where a total could point to one person, reports cover only what each member has agreed to share. Any separate disclosure follows the consent, legal and safety boundaries described in our privacy commitments.

Start with the people you want to support, the scope of coordination and the arrangements for funding. Do not send employee health records or individual diagnostic results through the public enquiry form. Supporting a principal and their family? See health coordination for family offices.

07 The introduction

What the first conversation covers.

Terms are discussed privately. An enquiry creates no commitment. The Concierge team replies personally in less than 24 hours through your preferred contact method, as described in the Private Office enquiry process.

  • What you want help coordinating and the providers already involved.
  • Your calendar, travel and the level of ongoing support you are considering.
  • The membership scope, included services, review rhythm and separate clinical arrangements.
  • Permissions, communication preferences and a clear next step.

08 Questions

Questions executives ask first.

What happens after an executive health check?

The provider’s clinician explains the results and recommends next steps. What usually stalls is the follow-through: the referral, the repeat test, the review three months later. In the Private Office, Zensu books and tracks the agreed actions across providers and travel, and makes sure results reach the clinician your plan names. Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians.

What does an executive health check include?

It depends on the provider and the package. Most combine a physician consultation with blood tests and screening chosen for your age and history; some add imaging, cardiology or fitness testing. The provider’s own package description is the authority. Ask which consultations are included, who explains the findings and how follow-up is arranged.

Does Zensu choose my tests?

No. Your clinicians decide which assessments are appropriate. Zensu organises the appointments and information needed for the agreed scope, and keeps the next step visible afterwards.

Can my company pay without seeing my results?

Yes. An organisation can fund membership without receiving individual health information. Programme reporting uses aggregate measures. In a small group, where a total could point to one person, reports cover only what each member has agreed to share. Any separate disclosure follows the consent, legal and safety boundaries in our privacy commitments.

Can my assistant handle the scheduling?

Usually, yes. You decide, in writing, who coordinates with Zensu and what they can see. An assistant gets what’s needed to book: times, places and any preparation. Clinical detail stays with you, your clinicians and the Zensu team coordinating your care.
